1. What ChinnuX is

ChinnuX is a made-to-order print shop. Every t-shirt, mug, and plate is produced after you place an order — either from a design you upload, one you generate with our AI design studio, or a photo you turn into an illustrated character. Nothing is printed in advance, and nothing is drop-shipped through a third party: we print it ourselves.

2. Orders and payment

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include the base cost of the product; shipping is calculated at checkout. Payment is processed by Razorpay. An order is only confirmed, and production only begins, once payment has been successfully captured and verified.

3. Your design and content

By submitting a design — uploaded, AI-generated, or photo-restyled — you confirm that:

• You own it, or have the right to use and reproduce it commercially.
• It doesn't depict a named copyrighted character, trademarked logo, or other protected work you don't have rights to (art styles, like “comic-book” or “anime,” are fine — specific characters are not).
• It isn't hateful, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.

We reserve the right to decline any order whose design appears to violate these terms, including before production begins.

4. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Because every item is made specifically for your order, we can only cancel or change an order before production has started. Once printing has begun, the order can't be cancelled or refunded for a change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or meaningfully different from what you designed and approved at checkout, we'll replace or refund it — contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery.

5. Shipping

Orders ship via our courier partners (booked through Shiprocket or directly with a courier). Delivery estimates shown at checkout are our best estimate, not a guarantee — carrier delays are outside our control. You'll receive tracking details once your order ships.

6. Liability

ChinnuX is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or your order — our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business grows. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
