Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Where we ship
We currently ship across India only. We don't offer international shipping yet. Orders are dispatched from Berhampur, Odisha.
2. Production time
Every item is printed to order. We usually print and hand your order to the courier within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Larger orders or peak periods can add a little to this — if so, we'll let you know by email.
3. Delivery time
Orders ship via our courier partners (booked through Shiprocket or directly with a courier). After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–8 business days depending on your pincode. The estimate shown at checkout is our best guess based on your address — it is not a guarantee, as transit times are set by the carrier.
4. Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the destination pincode and order weight, and is shown to you in full before you pay. There are no hidden charges added afterwards.
5. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email. It can take 24–48 hours for the first scan to appear after you get the link.
6. Delays
Carrier delays, weather, strikes, and regional disruptions are outside our control. If your tracking hasn't updated for 5 or more days, email benjaminraosodi1@gmail.com with your order number and we'll chase it with the courier.
7. Wrong address or failed delivery
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we print and ship to exactly what you enter. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, or delivery failed after multiple attempts, we can re-ship it once the address is corrected; re-shipping charges apply.
